Gessner Engineering provided structural engineering services for the Saint-Gobain NorPro Expansion in Bryan. Although a simple project from a design standpoint, this project became more complicated when concrete breaks came out low. Standard review of test reports indicated the potential low breaks quickly after the pour. Thomas notified the client immediately, and initiated a sequence of non-destructive testing with rebound hammer, coring and testing and further analysis to determine the suitability of the in place concrete.
