Gessner Engineering provided construction materials testing and inspection services for the renovation and expansion of the Combined Heat and Power Plant Upgrade. This project scope included soil and concrete tests as well as pre-pour and steel inspections. An accelerated schedule for this project has required Gessner Engineering to adjust project conditions with an on-going design process, as required by the design team and owner. Gessner Engineering is providing engineers and technicians on site to inspect reinforcements of concrete placement and installed steel framing. All reporting is peer reviewed then followed by a review from the project manager. Gessner Engineering is performing pre-pour inspections, as requested.
