Gessner Engineering provided structural engineering services for Brazos Valley Bank in College Station, Texas. The project scope consisted of a three-story, steel framed structure with a footprint of approximately 12,000 square feet. The steel design incorporated a drive thru area with a second floor walk-out patio above.
