Gessner Engineering provided the civil engineering for this facility in Bastrop, Texas. Situated on just over 450 acres, this facility was designed to minimize site development and leave the bulk of the natural areas intact. The sensitive ecologic system was preserved with attention to erosion control and minimal site work excavations. Utilities serve the 18,575 square foot, two-story building through an isolated path that through front side of the forested site, connecting to services on State Highway 21.
