Located in the Industrial Park Ten development in Houston, Texas, the Blue Bell Distribution Facility included parking, cold storage, offices and a fueling station. The project was designed to City of Houston standards for storm water management with the use of staged detention facilities. The utility services were extended on the property to address both the building and fueling station. Gessner Engineering also performed the structural design for the regional ice cream storage facility.
