Morgan coordinates and supervises the geotechnical reports for Gessner Engineering. She has experience in numerous types of site conditions from residential, retail, industrial and high-end commercial. Morgan’s experience has included geotechnical, civil and structural design, as well as on-site support of construction materials testing services.
